How the subscription works at ScentClub?

- Step 3: Build Your Fragrance Calendar and Receive Your Monthly Supply, Build your calendar for the rest of the year. Receive a 30-day monthly fragrance supply of your choice in a luxe travel-size spray 0.27 FL oz/8ml.
How much does a scent club subscription cost?
We provide three subscription tiers that are suitable for most people, offering the choice of receiving 1, 2, or 3 fragrances each month. For a more tailored experience, take a look at our gift section to find options for specific occasions.
What are Exclusive fragrances?
Scents Club offers exclusive fragrances that provide you with access to a wider selection of high-end scents. If you choose an exclusive fragrance, an additional surcharge will be automatically applied to your monthly subscription fee for the corresponding month. However, there's no need to worry, as over 60% of our collection does not have any extra charges. Exclusive products that carry a surcharge will be indicated on the product page. This approach allows you to explore a diverse range of scents from our exclusive lineup, where purchasing individual fragrances might not be easily justified. Rest assured that your monthly subscription price will only increase during the month when you select an exclusive fragrance. Please note that the default scent of the month does not include any exclusive fragrances.
Are your scents authentic?
Yes, all fragrances provided by Scent Club are authentic. We directly source from high-end designer and niche fragrance brands and authorized vendors to ensure that you receive only genuine fragrances. We guarantee that no fake or imitation fragrances are ever sold.

However, we confidently assert that the contents are genuine products that have been independently rebottled and repackaged by Scent Club Canada. We have no association with the brand, designer, or manufacturer.
What is included in the monthly subscription box?
The monthly subscription box package includes the following: a travel atomizer containing 8ml of scent (quantity depends on your chosen subscription tier: 1X, 2X, or 3X), a card detailing the perfume notes, a minimalistic and eco-friendly box, and one fragrance testing strip.
How much is shipping?
All orders receive complimentary standard shipping without any additional charges. We use Canada post as the carrier partner.
Do you charge tax?
Yes, depends on the tax laws applicable to the province of the customer.
How do I choose my fragrances?
To access your fragrance calendar, log in to your account and ensure you have an active subscription. From there, you can explore our fragrance collection for women, men, and unisex scents by clicking on the corresponding category in the menu bar. To add a fragrance to your subscription calendar, simply click the "Add to Calendar" button beneath the scent you desire.Please keep in mind that you can plan for fragrance deliveries over the next 12 months using your calendar. However, we process subsequent months' orders two days prior to your subscription date. If you need to make any changes to your subscription, be sure to do so in your fragrance calendar with this timing in mind. Once a subscription order begins processing, we will be unable to make changes. Your monthly delivery date will remain the same as the date you signed up.
When will I receive my first fragrance?
After placing your order, the first shipment of your subscription will arrive within 5-9 business days. Subsequent shipments will be billed and dispatched monthly on or around the same day as your initial subscription order.
When can I expect to be billed for my Scentclub subscription?
Your credit card will be charged for your first month's subscription one day after you subscribe. This allows you to select your preferred first perfume(s) and be billed accordingly, in case you decide to choose an exclusive perfume. Subsequent orders will be charged on the same day as the initial order.
How subsequent Months are processed and charged?
Subsequent months will be charged 12 hours in advance of the original subscription date. Please plan your fragrance calendar accordingly.
How do i change between subscription tiers?
You can switch between the three available tiers by emailing subscription@scentclub.ca up to 7 days before your billing cycle. Your accounts page shows your billing cycle projection.
How do I cancel my monthly subscription?
Cancelling your subscription is just as easy as using our service! To cancel, simply log into your account and navigate to the "Manage Subscription" section under "My Account." You will find options for cancellation, as well as the ability to pause the service if you prefer.
Is it possible for me to choose from fragrances for both women and men?
You have complete control over your fragrance choices. Feel free to select any scents that appeal to you; we will never limit your options. In fact, we encourage you to be daring and explore new fragrances. You might even consider surprising your partner with a monthly scent or keeping it exclusively for yourself. When you enroll, we inquire about your scent preference whether it's feminine or masculine solely to assist you decide the default scent of the month in case your fragrance calendar is empty. You are always welcome to choose women’s, men’s, or unisex fragrances for your monthly selection.
Are your atomizers safe for traveling?
The atomizers have a small capacity of 0.27 oz or 8 ml, well within the liquid size restrictions imposed by TSA regulations. Further details can be found on their website.TSA Website
Why do some fragrances have a surcharge?
Scents Club offers high-end fragrances that give you access to a wider selection of scents, which are usually more expensive. If you choose an exclusive fragrance, your monthly subscription fee will have an additional surcharge for that month. But don't worry! Over 60% of our collection does not have any extra charges. Exclusive products with surcharges are clearly marked on the product page. This approach allows you to explore a diverse range of scents from our exclusive lineup, which may not have easily justified the blind purchase of individual fragrances that you may not end up liking. Rest assured that your monthly subscription price will only increase in the month when you select an exclusive fragrance with a surcharge. Please note that the default scent of the month items does not include any surcharges.
How often will I receive a new fragrance?
We will send you a new fragrance every month. You can choose your next fragrance by planning it on your Fragrance Calendar. If your Perfume Calendar is empty, your selection will default to the Scent of the Month, which is curated to offer the best overall scent experience for that particular month, taking into consideration the season. You can always view the Scent of the Month on our website.
Can I buy the perfume fillings without a membership?
Yes, on the product page, you have the choice of a Monthly Subscription or a One-time purchase. In the membership, however, you have a reduced price for the subscription plan.
What countries do you ship to?
Scent Club exclusively delivers to addresses within Canada. Your payment will be processed in Canadian Dollars, ensuring that you can be confident, as currency conversions will not be a factor.
What will I receive each month?
If you have already planned your preferred scent (you can plan up to 12 months in advance). However, if your fragrance calendar is empty, you will receive the Scent of the Month (SOTM), which is a curated option specifically chosen to suit the seasons.
What is your return policy?
The nature of a fragrance subscription is to explore new scents before purchasing expensive bottles, we regret to inform you that we do not offer refunds or returns on monthly subscription fragrances or onetime purchases unless they are not delivered in perfect condition. In such cases, they are replaceable within 30 days of the original shipping date.
I have a damaged product, what steps should I take to resolve the issue?
We take extra precautions to prevent any accidents that may affect your scent experience. To prevent any leakage during transportation, the atomizer is equipped with three safety measures: an aluminium atomizer case,a nylon washer seal for the bottle, and an internal parafilm wrapping. However, in the unlikely event that you receive a damaged product in the mail, we guarantee a replacement or store credit for the product. Please keep in mind that you must report any issues regarding the product within 7 days from the delivery date. To lodge a complaint, kindly send an email to support@scentclub.ca with the required details and a photo of the damaged product, and we will resolve the issue promptly.
What are the atomizers made of?

The atomizers are made of an aluminum outer case and a glass vial for perfume. Moreover, with every order, you will receive atomizers to conveniently carry your favorite perfume wherever you go.
How do I update my Credit Card on file?
To update your credit card details, please log in to your account and go to the "Manage My Subscription" section. From there, you can navigate to the "Payment Method Information" section. You will receive a secure link via email to update your credit card information.
What is SCENT OF THE MONTH?
Scent of the Month is the featured fragrance of the month curated by our experts that is appropriate for the season. You should definitely try this out if you're looking for a new way to be surprised and discover different fragrances. Also, if your fragrance calendar is empty for the month, worry not - we've got your back! You will be defaulted to the fragrance of the month depending on the gender preference you selected at sign up. While we believe this is a fun new way to discover new fragrances as a surprise every month, they may or may not align with your personal tastes. Hence to ensure you receive a fragrance of your choice every month, be sure to add it to your fragrance calendar before the next month's cutting date. You can plan up to 12 months in the fragrance calendar.

Is it possible for me to order the same perfume every month?
Certainly, we understand that having a favorite perfume is a wonderful feeling and we are more than happy to fulfill your request for the same fragrance repeatedly. However, we highly recommend indulging in the exciting opportunity to explore our diverse range of perfumes. Each fragrance has its own unique charm and choosing different scents can add depth and variety to your personal collection.
How many ml is each bottle?
Each bottle includes 8ml of fragrance, providing approximately 120 sprays, which is suitable for a 30-day period if you use 4 sprays daily.
Can I buy the perfumes without a membership?
Yes, on the product page, you have the choice of a Monthly Subscription or a One-time purchase. In the membership, however, you have a reduced price for the subscription plan. Enjoy the freedom to choose and indulge in your favorite scents without any obligations.
